Currently @ATT is able to reduce my bill, pay off my s23 and hotspot, and give me a new phone. I imagine after all the recently announced layoffs Verizon would do what they can to keep a customer. Unfortunately I was told there is nothing you guys can do to retain me as a customer. If you can help I appreciate it otherwise might have to give ATT a shot.

Multiple times they promised to escalate and I would receive a call back. Today their rep. confirmed that was never done. He promised I would hear back.

So bad I switched 2 Spectrum.
