    ATT has an AP where you can restrict and control the usage of WiFI and texts. I’m sure other service have something similar. #parenttakeover @ATT

    @ATT Let me know if someone can chat, I’m ready to move past @GetSpectrum from the service, issues lack of customer service or making up for wrong. Can’t do it anymore

    @ATTHelp your customer service is the worst on the planet. Won’t fix a $300 overcharge and have made me waste hours on the phone taking to people who don’t know how to do their job.

    @VerizonSupport I've been with you guys for over 13 years. Never had an issue with service or support. Currently @ATT is able to reduce my bill, pay off my s23 and hotspot, and give me a new phone. I imagine after all the recently announced layoffs Verizon would do what they can to keep a customer. Unfortunately I was told there is nothing you guys can do to retain me as a customer. If you can help I appreciate it otherwise might have to give ATT a shot.

    @ATTHelp Yes I still do but you can’t help AT&T office for retirees are outside of the country SMH CRS Who can barely speak Clear English and very hard to understand

    If you live in Inglewood California and you have sorry @ATT for Internet you better check your security system because somebody might be breaking in right now with no notification coming to your devices because #AT&T internet is down

    @ATTHelp Just found out that your company screwed up on a few customers by cutting their service off without their permissio. Which are current with their bills and now you’re running them through circles to turn their service back on.

    Dear @ATT I don’t understand why there is always outages in my area when my roommate’s service provider never has the same problems. The worst thing is that I telecommute if your are down I have to rush in to the office.

    @xfinitymobile Is just as bad as @ATT @verizon they’re changing customers plans that they can change them more because they’re using less! Smh wow then calling it 2nd generation plans & you can’t stay on you original plan they just move you & charge you! @ABC @MSNBC @fox @cnnbrk

    @ATT fix your service this is awful. Definitely switching to @Verizon or @TMobile when our contract is up. Consistently declining service year after year.

    @ATT Your Wi-Fi sucks big time. I get kicked off WiFi at work at 12am Everytime I work till then or past. Also I have wifi at home and my Internet cuts off every 24 hours. I tried getting a new box but I can't pay a technician to just come and plug it in which would take like 15 mins

    @ATT I had a LOT of trouble with TMobile getting my final bill & it's now past the "qualification" date to get my switch reward. Really?! You require the bill but it took them over 2 months to send it to me because of paperless billing. Is that how you get out of paying this?

    @ATTHelp @ATTHelp worst customer service…7 days without internet, 2 technicians sent out, several appointments cancelled without reason/communication! Waiting from 8-12 only to be told appt would have to be rescheduled. Clown show
