Currently @ATT is able to reduce my bill, pay off my s23 and hotspot, and give me a new phone. I imagine after all the recently announced layoffs Verizon would do what they can to keep a customer. Unfortunately I was told there is nothing you guys can do to retain me as a customer. If you can help I appreciate it otherwise might have to give ATT a shot.

FIX YOUR TOWERS.

Howard Mationg (@howiemationg) reported from Gardena, California@ATTHelp service stinks. It’s been 8+ hours, no Internet, no dial tone. On Friday, replaced modem and “fixed” box outside. Problem resolved until today, 12/26. Virtual assistant and SmartHome app is useless. They said they would back.

Today I was in a chat with customer service and they said, "That's it, the convo is done" when I didn't text my acct # in 10 sec. Then I waited over an hour for a call - and they hung up before it started. WTH!

Be told by AI bot that it does not tolerate your anger before it hangs up on you. 5. Call back. 6. Same thing. 7. Hang up and cry.

You require the bill but it took them over 2 months to send it to me because of paperless billing. Is that how you get out of paying this?
