    @ATTHelp service stinks. It’s been 8+ hours, no Internet, no dial tone. On Friday, replaced modem and “fixed” box outside. Problem resolved until today, 12/26. Virtual assistant and SmartHome app is useless. They said they would back.

    @VerizonSupport I've been with you guys for over 13 years. Never had an issue with service or support. Currently @ATT is able to reduce my bill, pay off my s23 and hotspot, and give me a new phone. I imagine after all the recently announced layoffs Verizon would do what they can to keep a customer. Unfortunately I was told there is nothing you guys can do to retain me as a customer. If you can help I appreciate it otherwise might have to give ATT a shot.

    @ATT I have chatted & gone into your stores not one person listens. see attached photo. since Sept.. my FAMILY cell in Lomita,Ca, Buckeye AZ show cell service, nor can we MAINTAIN calls.(dropping.)I have 2 cell Accts, I spend over $450 an month btwn the two. FIX YOUR TOWERS.

    @ATT has the absolute worst customer service in stores and over the phone glad I’m with @TMobile had to deal with att for a friend like 8 times in the past month and man horrible! SMH.

    Check this out @att, sent me a WARRANTY replacement phone that doesn't work correctly on many of the apps that are embedded . It's a Samsung NOTE 5. AND THE MAIN ISSUE IS THE "HANGOUT APP. HAS DATA , NEW FILTHY TEXT MESSAGES , COMING IN. I HAVEN'T EVEN INSTALLED MY SIM CARD YET

    ATT has an AP where you can restrict and control the usage of WiFI and texts. I’m sure other service have something similar. #parenttakeover @ATT

    @ATTHelp why does wireless keep breaking down? It seems to happen every other week where I have zero internet and zero landline. And “talking” w AI is useless in SmartHome app #Frustrated

    The "loyalty penalty" is real: .@ATT, @Verizon, and @TMobile spend billions on device promotions and acquisition. Loyalty plans? Dressed up customer acquisition tools. They value new customers 10x more than existing ones. Churn climbs 10 basis points annually. That's 700,000 lost customers per year for a major carrier. That's $4B+ in lost lifetime value. And that's BEFORE acquisition costs.

    @ATTBusinessCare I changed my account to the international plan before I left the country and I guess it didn't change on your side and now my bill is over $600 and Halle in the business department basically said she can't and won't help me with this issue.

    @ATTHelp This is unacceptable. 6 months of missing BYOD credits on 2 lines while 2 others are correct. Issue caused by rep plan change. 14+ calls and a case open for nearly a month with no resolution. Request immediate action.

    @ATTHelp the store on 1112 N La Brea Ave, West Hollywood, CA 90038 is absolutely helpless .. not one single time had an issue resolved by visiting this branch. Not one single time I escalated the matter to the branch manager and he even tried to help “call 611” is his only answer
