    @att that link is like busy work to keep me from complaining about service that has always been interrupted. We have had att sub contracted techs at our house. Nothing has helped. For over a year

    @PorscheRetail , to be able to manage the infotainment system of the Macan S , the customer has to be a certified Astrophysicist. Yesterday between Porsche main office and @ATT spent 55 min on a conference call to figure out the WiFi Hot Spot installation Result :unable to do it

    @ATT Your customer support is terrible. I just want to get my password reset (which never works), have been thru 2 different people, and am on hold for another. Also in que to get a chat rep to help me. Over 30 minutes.

    @ATT 5G is bullshit in St. Louis. At 10am signal degrades, Internet connection drops. Go back to 4G.

    Huge props to @ATT yesterday in STL. Hundreds of thousands at the @StLouisBlues parade and I was able to text and call friends with no issue all day.

    @ATT Your Wi-Fi technician has been here since 9am & it’s now 5pm.. you have also emailed & texted me at least 15 times during set up. Your WiFi set up is absolutely terrible. You lost major points with me today.

    [1/2] Leaving @ATT for @GetSpectrum because of outrageous pricing and poor customer service. After tonight, doesn’t look like @Ask_Spectrum is any better. 6-7 pm appointment became 7:10...at 8 still no one & no contact. Reach out & now they want to come at 9 after kids are in bed

    @kzieff @ATT @CrownCandy @GetSpectrum @ATTBusinessCare I am switching from spectrum to internet, tired of the expensive phones and phone systems. I will be paying 117.00 per month with 4 phones and 12 rollover lines as well as well as call forwarding on each phone..this doesn’t include internet service which I pay 130.00 a month

    Also find it hilarious that @ATT's website is ALWAYS down and it's not just me. Just did a Twitter search for "ATT website" and it is a widespread issue. How is this possible for a company who literally provides the internet?

    People really think they can judge how someone responds to being abused. Not just inconvenienced, but abused! Being yelled by a rep or their refusal to provide a service/product you paid for is abusive! @ATT

    How @ATT customer support works: 1. Go to website. 2. Ask AI bot for phone #. 3. Argue with AI bot that wants to keep you from talking to humans. 4. Be told by AI bot that it does not tolerate your anger before it hangs up on you. 5. Call back. 6. Same thing. 7. Hang up and cry.

    @ATT trying to pay my mother's Bill using the app is the biggest waste of time it's just stupid nowhere that they show me where to pay. I would never use AT&t personally for anything because they are so sloppy with their execution for products and services.

    Loyal AT&T customer for 15+ years. I asked for an extension of a payment arrangement after redirecting funds for funeral expenses during a loss. I was told, “the system doesn’t allow it” —no escalation, no human override. Moving my services once the dust settles. @ATT @ATTHelp

    @ATTHelp @ATTHelp worst customer service…7 days without internet, 2 technicians sent out, several appointments cancelled without reason/communication! Waiting from 8-12 only to be told appt would have to be rescheduled. Clown show

    @ATT I keep entering my mother's number and try to pay my bill and keep saying the account is incorrect. this is the same account my mother has had for over 50 years I'm so sick of f****** AT&t and their problems with their bill payment app.
