    @ATT @ItsOnATT I’m disconnecting my internet and television streaming service tomorrow if the ridiculous lag that has plagued the app since you took it over from @DIRECTV . Absolutely unusable for watching television. Fix in 24 hours, or lose a customer for life.

    @ATT is the worst. Put in new fiber cable in the neighborhood then is basically forcing current customers to upgrade. Even to the point of scheduling the upgrade without any notice. We'll be there Wednesday at noon. You have to be there too. It will take 4 hours.

    @ATT , you guys have to improve your customer service. Particularly when one wants to buy a hot spot WiFi. It seems you have no interest whatsoever in having more business.

    @PorscheRetail , to be able to manage the infotainment system of the Macan S , the customer has to be a certified Astrophysicist. Yesterday between Porsche main office and @ATT spent 55 min on a conference call to figure out the WiFi Hot Spot installation Result :unable to do it

    @kzieff @ATT @CrownCandy @GetSpectrum @ATTBusinessCare I am switching from spectrum to internet, tired of the expensive phones and phone systems. I will be paying 117.00 per month with 4 phones and 12 rollover lines as well as well as call forwarding on each phone..this doesn’t include internet service which I pay 130.00 a month

    @kzieff @ATT Sad to say @ATT was our biggest nightmare last year after our customer drove into our business. I spent at least 40 hours trying to get our service restored. They shut our original acct down that had just renewed, got hit with early termination, temporary number a disaster.🤬

    @ATT is failing with a two day service interruption of Internet 1000 while waiting for a truck roll. This is the second multi-day interruption in six months following 10+ flawless years with a competitor. Kids schooling interrupted. Work from home interrupted.

    @maiamimi @ATT I dropped Direct TV and use YouTube TV. Also dropped Facebook. Need to move cell phone service and internet next. Looks like many of you went with Tmobile. How's the coverage area?

    @ATT I’ve tried like three times to cancel service with you guys including going to the store to return everything. I’ve never had so many issues cancelling a service. Having to talk to four different people is ridiculous. I don’t want to ever have anything from you guys.

    @cnote34 @ATT Common issue. Go get 2 pills of ******. Crush one up and sprinkle it on the line out. Then send the second one to AT&T directly. They have a known problem keeping “it” up.

    After over six years of paid @ATT tech support, my phone consistently had 4 bars. Since canceling, the signal drops to 2 bars with unreliable data. It’s time to switch providers. I've been with #ATT since 2013, after spending 2000-2013 with @TMobile. Maybe now it's time to try @Verizon.

    @ATT I’m caught in a frustrating loop and need help. I’m coming to ATT, ordered phones, phones won’t come until porting pin is fixed, it’s fixed but still shows not fixed! I want my phones!
