    @kzieff @ATT @CrownCandy @GetSpectrum @ATTBusinessCare I am switching from spectrum to internet, tired of the expensive phones and phone systems. I will be paying 117.00 per month with 4 phones and 12 rollover lines as well as well as call forwarding on each phone..this doesn’t include internet service which I pay 130.00 a month

    @ATT , you guys have to improve your customer service. Particularly when one wants to buy a hot spot WiFi. It seems you have no interest whatsoever in having more business.

    I love how when you have an issue witb your phone without even looking at the phone @ATT just basically says. Insurance or a new phone. Troubleshooting isn’t a thing when you can sell another $1000+ phone huh guys 😂

    @DebbieMonterrey @ATT You will still get a bill from ATT for at least five months after you cancel. Forget about the ATT stores in reality they are not allowed to cancel service. The foreign agents are so good at delaying your requests that five months later when you get the harassment calls.

    @ATTHelp OK I was supposed to get a return call today from a supervisor in Movers and I was supposed to get a return call last night I’ve heard from no one I’m going to cancel my DIRECTV service if I cannot get a call back from someone

    @ATT I’ve had Xfinity for a number of years, while their service wasn’t perfect the couple of outages I experienced in a 10 year period or maybe a few hours. I’ve ATT fiber for 2 years pretty perfect but today I’ve been without Internet for 8 hours and no one is giving me an answer as to when the service is coming back. I’m in the Miami Lakes Florida Miami Dade County area can someone please let me know if we’re getting this back anytime soon? Thx
