    @att that link is like busy work to keep me from complaining about service that has always been interrupted. We have had att sub contracted techs at our house. Nothing has helped. For over a year

    I have complained about @ATT and the service but I would like to shout out their service today. I filed an insurance claim for my phone and they came to my house and fixed my cracked screen 🙌🏽 thank you @ATT for your great service!

    @ATT Your Wi-Fi technician has been here since 9am & it’s now 5pm.. you have also emailed & texted me at least 15 times during set up. Your WiFi set up is absolutely terrible. You lost major points with me today.

    @ATT I have the Samsung galaxy note 10+. All of the sudden I can't send a picture in a text message while on wifi. I physically have to turn off my wifi to send a picture in a text. I can receive pictures though. Help please!

    @ATT So I've had fiber internet for about 4 weeks now. It's slower and buffers more than other service I've ever had. But if I cancel I have to pay a cancellation fee. I literally couldn't be more disgusted with you. And yes, I've talked to tech support already.

    @ATT 5G is bullshit in St. Louis. At 10am signal degrades, Internet connection drops. Go back to 4G.

    @ATT your wireless store in Ellisville MO could benefit from adding 1-2 additional staff to handle non-sales transactions. Your sales efforts are Okay, but your service efforts suck. BTW, I don’t think I got the “best deal” for my new phone purchased on website. Where’s Lily??

    @ATT I’ve tried like three times to cancel service with you guys including going to the store to return everything. I’ve never had so many issues cancelling a service. Having to talk to four different people is ridiculous. I don’t want to ever have anything from you guys.

    AT&T lied to me. Since the end of February I’ve been working a technical issue with @ATT fiber company @quantumfiber . Multiple times they promised to escalate and I would receive a call back. Today their rep. confirmed that was never done. He promised I would hear back.

    Hey @ATT, I know we’re rural, but please do something about the service in New Ipswich, NH. When @Xfinity has an outage, we have one bar of service and can barely surf, post, text, or make calls. It took forever for X to come up and for this post to go through.

    Loyal AT&T customer for 15+ years. I asked for an extension of a payment arrangement after redirecting funds for funeral expenses during a loss. I was told, “the system doesn’t allow it” —no escalation, no human override. Moving my services once the dust settles. @ATT @ATTHelp

    @ATTHelp the store on 1112 N La Brea Ave, West Hollywood, CA 90038 is absolutely helpless .. not one single time had an issue resolved by visiting this branch. Not one single time I escalated the matter to the branch manager and he even tried to help “call 611” is his only answer
