Didn’t even get a single step completed despite contact with 10+ agents, both on phone+online chat. Contemplating moving past AT&T at this point.

Forget about the ATT stores in reality they are not allowed to cancel service. The foreign agents are so good at delaying your requests that five months later when you get the harassment calls.
