    @ATT I want to let you know that one of your support techs ROCKED it helping me setup an Apple Watch on cellular. Had lots of difficulties but Xan Toler was extremely patient and went WELL above and beyond to make sure my situation was resolved! THX Xan!

    @DIRECTV @ATT sincerely disappointed in your customer service today. Tried for 3 hours to cancel DirecTV to get AT&T TV+Fiber. Didn’t even get a single step completed despite contact with 10+ agents, both on phone+online chat. Contemplating moving past AT&T at this point.

    @PorscheRetail , to be able to manage the infotainment system of the Macan S , the customer has to be a certified Astrophysicist. Yesterday between Porsche main office and @ATT spent 55 min on a conference call to figure out the WiFi Hot Spot installation Result :unable to do it

    @ATT since my phone started popping up with this 5Ge bullshit my phone is a ******* paperweight. Bc 97% of the time it’s on LTE if I’m not on WiFi. Trash service. Can’t wait to switch carriers.

    @DebbieMonterrey @ATT You will still get a bill from ATT for at least five months after you cancel. Forget about the ATT stores in reality they are not allowed to cancel service. The foreign agents are so good at delaying your requests that five months later when you get the harassment calls.

    @ATT is failing with a two day service interruption of Internet 1000 while waiting for a truck roll. This is the second multi-day interruption in six months following 10+ flawless years with a competitor. Kids schooling interrupted. Work from home interrupted.

    @ATT I’ve tried like three times to cancel service with you guys including going to the store to return everything. I’ve never had so many issues cancelling a service. Having to talk to four different people is ridiculous. I don’t want to ever have anything from you guys.

    AT&T lied to me. Since the end of February I’ve been working a technical issue with @ATT fiber company @quantumfiber . Multiple times they promised to escalate and I would receive a call back. Today their rep. confirmed that was never done. He promised I would hear back.

    Hey @ATT, I know we’re rural, but please do something about the service in New Ipswich, NH. When @Xfinity has an outage, we have one bar of service and can barely surf, post, text, or make calls. It took forever for X to come up and for this post to go through.

    Loyal AT&T customer for 15+ years. I asked for an extension of a payment arrangement after redirecting funds for funeral expenses during a loss. I was told, “the system doesn’t allow it” —no escalation, no human override. Moving my services once the dust settles. @ATT @ATTHelp

    @ATTHelp the store on 1112 N La Brea Ave, West Hollywood, CA 90038 is absolutely helpless .. not one single time had an issue resolved by visiting this branch. Not one single time I escalated the matter to the branch manager and he even tried to help “call 611” is his only answer
