They block Cardinals games. Totally ridiculous. Please reach out to them. Tens of thousands of customers can’t get Cardinals games because of it. Please help!

That includes the one who came today . And here I sit with no television service ,mentally exhausted and annoyed .

Even to the point of scheduling the upgrade without any notice. We'll be there Wednesday at noon. You have to be there too. It will take 4 hours.

I spent at least 40 hours trying to get our service restored. They shut our original acct down that had just renewed, got hit with early termination, temporary number a disaster.🤬
