    @ATT is the worst. Put in new fiber cable in the neighborhood then is basically forcing current customers to upgrade. Even to the point of scheduling the upgrade without any notice. We'll be there Wednesday at noon. You have to be there too. It will take 4 hours.

    Just to be clear. As a proud @ATT customer, I fully resent the 5Ge nomenclature. Now that I have a 5G phone, it’s confusing, annoying and definitely NOT 5G. Just go back to naming it LTE pls & thx

    @ATT Your customer care phone line is abysmal. Spent 20 minutes trying to get past the robot gatekeeper, having to restart multiple times. And then was quoted a 3 minute wait to speak to a service professional... 30 minutes ago.

    @ATT so I would like just one week.. 7 days ... of not having to report streaming issues . 8 months later and a total of 5 techs have come to my home . That includes the one who came today . And here I sit with no television service ,mentally exhausted and annoyed .

    I have complained about @ATT and the service but I would like to shout out their service today. I filed an insurance claim for my phone and they came to my house and fixed my cracked screen 🙌🏽 thank you @ATT for your great service!

    I was getting excited to dump Sprint's terrible service and moving to @ATT but not willing to lose @tiktok_us ... Guess I'm sticking with Sprint and never upgrading my phone. I'm assuming most of us will make this sacrifice and let it ruin the economy to make a point. #tiktokban

    @ATT is failing with a two day service interruption of Internet 1000 while waiting for a truck roll. This is the second multi-day interruption in six months following 10+ flawless years with a competitor. Kids schooling interrupted. Work from home interrupted.

    @ATT I was just now on the phone trying to get prices for internet and tv services and one of your employees got upset and hang up on me. Sorry to say but you just lost a customer.

    @FSMidwest @FOXSportsGOHelp @ATT allows it. Other providers allow it. It’s a @GetSpectrum @Ask_Spectrum issue from what they told me. They block Cardinals games. Totally ridiculous. Please reach out to them. Tens of thousands of customers can’t get Cardinals games because of it. Please help!

    The "loyalty penalty" is real: .@ATT, @Verizon, and @TMobile spend billions on device promotions and acquisition. Loyalty plans? Dressed up customer acquisition tools. They value new customers 10x more than existing ones. Churn climbs 10 basis points annually. That's 700,000 lost customers per year for a major carrier. That's $4B+ in lost lifetime value. And that's BEFORE acquisition costs.

    After over six years of paid @ATT tech support, my phone consistently had 4 bars. Since canceling, the signal drops to 2 bars with unreliable data. It’s time to switch providers. I've been with #ATT since 2013, after spending 2000-2013 with @TMobile. Maybe now it's time to try @Verizon.

    @ATTBusinessCare I changed my account to the international plan before I left the country and I guess it didn't change on your side and now my bill is over $600 and Halle in the business department basically said she can't and won't help me with this issue.
