    .@UPS "We need a signature for your delivery. We will be there between 2-6pm." Then show up at noon and delay your delivery again and have zero humans to answer their support line. Smh.

    @UPS Interesting how Walmart can tell a person TO THE MINUTE when their delivery will arrive, but UPS, a company that only ships and delivers, can't narrow it down to less than 2.5 hours. Incompetence at its finest. Time to use FedEx and others more frequently.

    @DHLexpress your division on Curacao doesn't honor their delivery dates, and it happened multiple times. I'm gonna ship with @UPS from now on. Have a nice weekend

    @UPSers @UPS My package arrived this morning to my local hub then they now are shipping it back to the previous hub it just came from aind changed delivery day from today to tomorrow? Any ideas

    @amazon @AmazonHelp maybe you guys know of these issues internally already but I see posts from the past year at least with this same sort of issue. @UPS is not having packages delivered marking them miltiple times as “attempted delivery” no show. No trucks. Nothing. 2 days now.

    I never thought I would have to say this. @UPS is slower than USPS. Ever since COVID, the big package delivery companies UPS, @FedEx have gotten worse and worse. They have gotten so bad that the over bloated government service has them beat in everything. Delivery times, tracking, etc.. I am disappointed.

    @UPS all this 💩company does it lie and never delivery my packages. 4 years in business and I have missed over 50 plus packages as their workers are way to lazy to even walk up to my doorbell and ring it yet they always say attempted. I hate what Brown POS dos to me. @FedEx I commend you guys for always being outstanding.

    Hey @UPS, thank you for your terrible customer service and overall processes. You have just cost my small business that I manage with my husband over $1,500 in merchandise and hours on the phone with no accountability or answers.

    @UPS 3 different CSR’a have given me all different incorrect info today about a package coming to me at an incorrect address! It’s all been a runaround with RUDE people handling your customer service! #dontrecommend

    @UPS Why is your customer service so poor? I just spoke to a usual agent who seemed half alive and just wanting to do the bare minimum. I have been lied to by the company and I need to report this

    @UPS can you train your delivery drivers to deliver packages to the correct address? Your guy swapped packages between me & my neighbor who everyone on the block hates. I had to go to their house & fight for my package back.
