Missed delivery and opt’ed to pick up at UPS center. Went to pick up, sign noted pickup wasn’t until 8pm. Left, called customer service to confirm would be available then. I’d have to go to UPS office to get it, as it required signature & delivery attempts were always made when I was at work. NBD, but nicer if I could’ve just picked it up there FIRST.

Your offshore CS reps are sweet but your terrible system makes me wish I could use Fedex.
