    @UPS this is the second time that my package was stolen by one of your employees and it is getting out of hand. I have raised a complaint but haven’t heard anything on it. And the thing is it’s not only me but so many have been facing this issue and still there is no action on it

    Poor experience with @UPSHelp today. Tracking didn’t say signature required. Missed delivery and opt’ed to pick up at UPS center. Went to pick up, sign noted pickup wasn’t until 8pm. Left, called customer service to confirm would be available then. They said available now. 1/n

    @UPS My Choice disallowed permissions to hold a package at a UPS AccessPoint.Called CS, they tried to hold it in Seattle WA, then charged me for holding it close to the delivery point in SF. Your offshore CS reps are sweet but your terrible system makes me wish I could use Fedex.

    @UPS next day delivery missed this morning and your customer support keeps arguing with me it will delivered later today but the package is still in Kentucky. Nobody seems to speak fluent English or understand the basic laws of physics...

    @UPS please make a way to contact my local delivery office. Driver has been misdeliverying my packages to wrong address for months, promises of call never received. How can i get a message to my driver?

    Anyone had their @UPS tracking say delivered, but the package isn’t there? My parents had an issue with the UPS driver stealing their stuff. Hope that’s not what happened here.

    @UPS continues to be the biggest liar to cover their shitty service in my area. Apparently they delivered 2 packages to my door (when I was actually home) and what was outside -nada! Infact they didn’t even enter our apt complex that day confirmed by security cameras. #upssucks

    Hey @ups stop pushing back a delivery date and tell me when my damn package is being delivered instead of sending emails at 10pm the day of the supposed delivery!

    I have always been a big fan of @UPS, but lately I can't understand what is going on with what has always been a very reliable company. I have two deliveries that are "behind" and every day I get some message that says "Sorry we missed you", which is total nonsense since my wife or myself has been home all day every day. I've been getting that message for over a week for one of the packages on something I ordered from @Fabspeed. BTW....this isn't the first time it has happened....It also happened on the last item that came UPS, I thought it was an anomaly. Obviously not. I would rather not be lied to and just sent a note with an updated delivery date (like Amazon). Implying that you tried and it's my fault I don't have the package is rather bush league and annoying.

    @UPS A very "funny" company that sends me e-mails with TWO delivery dates for the SAME package in the same e-mail. And this same message has been sent to me several times in the last 24 hours. I'm not laughing.

    Hey @UPS what kind of scam is this? Ordered an @Apple iPad to be delivered to my home, and I get a text that I have to reply within 12 hours to change this or my package gets delivered to an Access Point? Is Apple aware you're trying to cheap out on delivery?

    @UPS I'm trying to change a delivery time since I won't be home. You managed to 📅 it at the exact time I won't be home. MyUPS is worthless. I click on change delivery, and all that happens is a window pops up with the delivery. Useless.

    OMG @UPS 47 minutes so far and transferred to 6….yes 6 different people and still not able to pay my bill. And while on the line, now getting transferred a 7th time and it’s to a tracking site🤬 with a ridiculous wait time. Absolutely HORRIBLE SERVICE.

    @UPS Your AI customer service is atrocious, as is your off-shore customer service. My package has still not been delivered and all I keep being told, after waiting here all day for it (because it requires a signature) is that "it's zero stops away" (for over a half hour)!!!
