    Props @USPS for easy vacation holds on mail and packages for FREE. So angry at @UPS - charges $$$ to recipient 4 delivery date change. And @FedEx system just does not work. Please use the US mail when you can - is so much easier for your recipients!

    @WalkingPad I’m really frustrated at your customer service right now. I returned an R1 to order an S1 instead. @UPS shows it was returned to your warehouse. I’m getting dead silence and no response to my last three follow ups about my refund status.

    .@UPS - how can I talk to someone? I have conflicting data on my package. Is it our for delivery? I was told I wasn’t home, but I was and no one left a note? Please have someone contact me since the customer service number refuses to allow that option

    I received delayed packages from @UPS during this weather condition issue but they still eventually ARRIVED. @FedEx like basically lost my package & won’t take accountability.

    Hey @ups stop pushing back a delivery date and tell me when my damn package is being delivered instead of sending emails at 10pm the day of the supposed delivery!

    @UPS @UPS are a prolific package carrying incompetant numpties. They seem to employ people whom have no idea what customer service means. 2nd parcel lost in 6 weeks, funny how it always seems to be the same depots. They seem to enjoy making the worst experience for the reciever.

    @UPS 3 different CSR’a have given me all different incorrect info today about a package coming to me at an incorrect address! It’s all been a runaround with RUDE people handling your customer service! #dontrecommend

    I never thought I would have to say this. @UPS is slower than USPS. Ever since COVID, the big package delivery companies UPS, @FedEx have gotten worse and worse. They have gotten so bad that the over bloated government service has them beat in everything. Delivery times, tracking, etc.. I am disappointed.

    @UPSers @UPS My package arrived this morning to my local hub then they now are shipping it back to the previous hub it just came from aind changed delivery day from today to tomorrow? Any ideas

    @UPS This is my second failed delivery attempt for a package containing temperature-sensitive medication. I was home, and the driver appears to be going to the wrong address. This is urgent. The medication is expensive and can be damaged due to delays. I need immediate action!

    @Bose disappointing service from UK Bose. Ordered product due to be delivered this morning by 10:45 by @UPS UK and as usual UPS haven’t delivered. Why use a substandard delivery company for premium products? Bose UK helpline not offering any support for delivery.

    Hey @UPS, thank you for your terrible customer service and overall processes. You have just cost my small business that I manage with my husband over $1,500 in merchandise and hours on the phone with no accountability or answers.
