    @UPSHelp Package was out for delivery today 11am-1pm in Los Angeles. I added a gate code and your system removed it from delivery. Now I'm being told 24 hours to reprocess. I took a day off work for this. Signature required, I'm home right now. I need someone at the local LA distribution center to get this back on the truck today. Phone support has been unable to help. Happy to DM tracking number.

    Well the shipper can not change the delivery date on my @UPS Canada delivery. I certainly can't. I battled with their frustrating website, so I guess I will just have to spend some more of this cheap gas next week & drive all the way to their UPS store to get item. Goes outside and shakes fist and screams. Old enough when I remember when courier companies cared.

    @UPS You closed down our local customer service center in Latham NY. I have to sit outside my apartment building waiting for a package. It would be nice if community engagement started with helping customers. Are AI chat agents with no information the best way to engage with customers

    @UPS was just delivered finally. It is so bad that UPS charges to change a delivery date and was not given the option to pick up at a facility. very inconvenient to wait around all day for a late package

    @UPS a package that was out for delivery locally at 9 AM may not be delivered until 9 PM at night. What is wrong with you? We must never lose the US Postal Service the only service that is adequate .

    @UPS Your AI customer service is atrocious, as is your off-shore customer service. My package has still not been delivered and all I keep being told, after waiting here all day for it (because it requires a signature) is that "it's zero stops away" (for over a half hour)!!!

    @ups Horrendous service. How can you run a business like this. Multiple emails, chats and messages. All we need is our money back for a parcel you haven't collected or delivered.

    @UPS and @mercari_app , I’m very upset with the lack of attention either one of your companies have given me in retrieving my misplaced package . Terrible service. @mercari_app To lose my package with no recovery or a live agent to speak with.

    @UPS_UK @UPS I’m flabbergasted that you’re still employing the driver that delivers around #kidderminster the guy is dishonest, didn’t come to my house but marked the delivery as final delivery attempt made, you have even made the first one yet. This is not the first occasion either, he’s even marked it as delivery refused on another. This comes via the Telford depot. How do I complain?

    @amazon @AmazonHelp maybe you guys know of these issues internally already but I see posts from the past year at least with this same sort of issue. @UPS is not having packages delivered marking them miltiple times as “attempted delivery” no show. No trucks. Nothing. 2 days now.

    So .@amazon today proved to me that they have retarded computers. I have been having some delivery issues. If something misses the first day, meh.. that means they should get it to me the next day right? Nope. Did you know that the delivery instructions that you put into their web page have absolutely ZERO bearing on when you'll get your packages. I have mine delivered to my business so that I don't have to deal with porch pirates, or letting someone I don't know, don't trust into my garage ect. But when you fill out that your business is open from 8:00am to 4:30p for deliveries (because outside of those hours I'm working from home, running to meetings etc).. But those times per their delivery customer service person that I spoke with this evening aren't considered because their drivers are effectively gig drivers who can work when they want. His option was to have my packages delivered to my home address which just isn't an option. Way too much theft going on. The authorities won't do anything, and I've been told by them basically if there isn't blood on the street they don't care. It will make my life more complicated but I'm done with them. No reason to continue Prime, I'll just order my 3D printing filaments directly from the manufacturers. Yes it will take longer but at least I know that @FedEx and @UPS can get **** there on time and meet their quoted delivery dates once they get the package. Unless of course something drastic happens like a blizzard etc.. but again those are "understandable" circumstances.

    @UPS, how can you claim delivery of a package without any proof? Conduct an investigation and close the case, again, without providing any proof that it was delivered? Terrible customer service!

    @UPS has slower delivery in Florida then personal pick up but i can’t even to that **** every time i get over it i get another notification that ups is delayed never again @amazon

    what is going on @UPS ?? first the delivery is a day late, and now delivery time goes from 11-3 to 9 pm. And I am watching the driver make circles around our house. When is my package getting delivered??!
