    @UPSHelp Ok I’m sick and tired of two days in a row ups pulls up then drives away… I’m waiting for an air conditioner and we’ve had a heat wave… I don’t have a ******* car to go pick it up you can shove your **** delivery service up your asses

    @bullyautomaticK @UPS Am on my 3rd new delivery date my package is now in Denver I'm in Colorado Springs less than 2 hours away and they're telling me Wednesday, I can drive and get it faster, but now they'll transfer it over to Postal and that's who'll deliver my package, atleast the claim they will

    So .@amazon today proved to me that they have retarded computers. I have been having some delivery issues. If something misses the first day, meh.. that means they should get it to me the next day right? Nope. Did you know that the delivery instructions that you put into their web page have absolutely ZERO bearing on when you'll get your packages. I have mine delivered to my business so that I don't have to deal with porch pirates, or letting someone I don't know, don't trust into my garage ect. But when you fill out that your business is open from 8:00am to 4:30p for deliveries (because outside of those hours I'm working from home, running to meetings etc).. But those times per their delivery customer service person that I spoke with this evening aren't considered because their drivers are effectively gig drivers who can work when they want. His option was to have my packages delivered to my home address which just isn't an option. Way too much theft going on. The authorities won't do anything, and I've been told by them basically if there isn't blood on the street they don't care. It will make my life more complicated but I'm done with them. No reason to continue Prime, I'll just order my 3D printing filaments directly from the manufacturers. Yes it will take longer but at least I know that @FedEx and @UPS can get **** there on time and meet their quoted delivery dates once they get the package. Unless of course something drastic happens like a blizzard etc.. but again those are "understandable" circumstances.

    Hey @UPS what kind of scam is this? Ordered an @Apple iPad to be delivered to my home, and I get a text that I have to reply within 12 hours to change this or my package gets delivered to an Access Point? Is Apple aware you're trying to cheap out on delivery?

    @ups y'all suck Was supposed to have a package delivered on the 4th. Time changed three times. They said they couldn't deliver because they couldn't make contact. BS I have video evidence they never showed up. I was home all day and night just for this delivery. You suck

    @UPS not sending me invoices to pay then passing them to debt collecting agencies, what the hell is going on? Is this some kind of scam, how can I pay invoices when you don’t send? Don’t even get me started when you arrive with shipments and expect £££’s CASH on delivery!

    @UPS No, I went through customer service twice! Finally it got delivered to a house to blocks down the street. That lady was nice enough to call me and tell me she had my package. For years I never had problems with UPS deliveries....

    @UPS I am receiving the most shoddy customer service. My package that’s scheduled to be picked up today has still not been scheduled. Every time I call your customer support I get a different answer- can someone schedule my pickup

    @UPS @UPS drivers in Berlin are the worst delivery drivers. Parcels aren’t delivered; they’re simply dropped off at any random parcel shop. What a terrible service UPS provides.

    @UPS have spoken to SEVERAL customer service agents regarding a package and all have GUARANTEED they will make sure it is delivered to me and rectify the issue. I have been waiting since Friday and still no package! This is unacceptable!! 😡
