    @UPS I received a notice that there was an attempted delivery of my package. This is a false statement. There was someone home the entire day, no image on the camera. I want an explanation and refund for my express delivery fee.

    It took @UPS a whole week to tell me they lost my MacBook Pro. Spent hours on the phone with their customer service reps/managers daily just to be told we would be called back and they failed there too. If you have a choice for delivery in ATL don’t use UPS.

    . @UPS get your sh*t together: I had a package out for delivery today “between 2pm-6pm”. I’ve been home all afternoon working on new apartment projects. I’ve been following the truck on UPS My Choice. The driver was on the street behind me at one point... 1/3

    @TMobile @TMobileHelp @UPS - never have I seen suck horrific customer service. On the phone every day for 2 weeks trying to get my phone delivered. You need to investigate the rampant package thefts at the Doraville Hub and you need to do something to rectify my missing phone!

    Dear @amazon, your DRIVERS ARE HORRIBLE. @UPS and @USPS NEVER put me through this! It’s only YOUR contracted AMZL drivers. They put they delivered the package in a city I don’t live in. I have called at least 6 times over the last 3 months dealing with the same issue!

    @UPS I have the My Choice plan. I have a couple packages coming which needs a signature. I attempted to change the delivery to a UPS Store nearby since I won't be home on Wednesday (delivery day) or Thursday. I get an e-mail that says it can't be done. Is there another option?

    @UPS Dear UPS, truly impressive work. I asked you to deliver a £100 pair of UGG boots for a young girl’s birthday back in March, apparently that was more of a “suggestion” than a deadline. That date is long gone, I’d just like them returned… but your customer service casually quotes me over £1000. Bold strategy: fail the delivery, then charge 10x the item’s value to undo it. Inspirational stuff. Still waiting for that promise of a phonecall

    @UPS I'm trying to change a delivery time since I won't be home. You managed to 📅 it at the exact time I won't be home. MyUPS is worthless. I click on change delivery, and all that happens is a window pops up with the delivery. Useless.

    @UPS No, I went through customer service twice! Finally it got delivered to a house to blocks down the street. That lady was nice enough to call me and tell me she had my package. For years I never had problems with UPS deliveries....
