If you have control over which delivery service to use, please, avoid @UPS by all means. If your life depends on the expected package, they will not only mess you up, they will also frustrate you and give you reasons for doing so, like explaining what “by” in delivery time means.

The last 3 times Ive used @USPS Ive had terrible service an they just lost a 100$ package that was allegedly going to reach its destination 2 weeks ago but nothing can be done because I dont have a receipt and they don’t keep any packages on file.@FedEx @UPS put these boys out.

@UPS No, I went through customer service twice! Finally it got delivered to a house to blocks down the street. That lady was nice enough to call me and tell me she had my package. For years I never had problems with UPS deliveries....

@UPS Why can every carrier, but you and your Southern Pines NC facility, find my business for deliveries? I have had numerous supplies returned because one day your drivers can find my front door and the next day the street number is wrong. Is this a driver issue or dispatch?

@UPS your support agents are absolutely useless. I have now paid TWICE to scedule a delivery for when I'm home because it's signature required. But you never bring it on the day I select. Yet the agents always "guarentee" it's on the way. Useless.

@UPS Please, where is my parcel? Yous have gone silent in the private message. I need my order today. It makes no sense that it was loaded onto the delivery truck since 8am yet it hasn’t been delivered. I have been unto customer service and yous are unhelpful.
