Hey @UPSHelp I understand you have suspended your guaranty on delivery but still took my dad’s $120 for overnight delivery last Tuesday for an in-state package that still hasn’t arrived. Then he was told he was just “out of luck” by customer service. Not cool.

Yep. Will never use @UPS @UPSHelp again. Have had issue after issie with them and deliveries. Latest they changed the shipping address on my $1000+ package to the billing address and deliveried it instead of the provided shipping address. Which is 100miles away...never again

Special note to @UPS when I receive an email stating my package will be delivered between 1:30p -5:30p, I rearrange scheduling to work from home. Once it is 6:09p and I have neither received an explanation, nor the package an issue arises. Respect my time, yet again. #UPS

@UPS your support agents are absolutely useless. I have now paid TWICE to scedule a delivery for when I'm home because it's signature required. But you never bring it on the day I select. Yet the agents always "guarentee" it's on the way. Useless.
