    After 5 hours of conversation over 4 weeks with @tdstelecom , I give up. Can’t consistently get the speed I am paying for and am tired of what seems like stop gap measures (you can add another hour for that here) to fix what is plainly their problem. @comcast here we come!

    . @tdstelecom what the hell is going on in Mount Juliet, TN? We’ve been out of service for nearly 10 hours and can’t find a peep about what’s going on or what the ETA is. Can’t blame the weather, it was 68 degrees and sunny all day!!

    @tdstelecom Our TDS+ service has gone out. Get an error message saying "DRM library failed to set settings. Can't play now." Tried calling the 24/7 support number and it is busy. What is going on?

    @tdstelecom you have stolen $274 from me because of your new billing system, now you have created a banking problem for me. Your auto pay system did not recognize my payment from December. My credit card statement shows you were paid for December and November on December 20th. Im going to cancel and go to @Starlink

    @tdstelecom you want to fix the fiber optic cable outage in SE Georgia (that happened after lightning struck something in Camden County) or do you want to continue to blame a "data breech" (???) and claim there is not outage?!? Some people have work to do *right now*.

    @tdstelecom What?? I am paying $74.60 for “express” internet that is STILL very slow DSL and the market doesn’t even sell modems for DSL anymore. What the heck! When is fiber coming rural SW Wisconsin? Checking in Starlink.

    @tdstelecom After months of trying to cancel cable (I don’t watch TV) TDS kept screwing up and didn’t get the job done. I have never had worse customer service in my life. Happy to announce AT&T now offering internet in Bend, OR and I can get a great deal with my wireless plan! Yay!

    @Teetfernandz @tdstelecom Yes I am getting so frustrated with TDS right now!!! They have been great in the past but the last week service is HORRIBLE!!! its down again now no damn internet again!!!! No warning just bam all the sudden disconnected. GGGGRRRR!!!!
