    @tdstelecom, I asked you to match an offer. You refused. I switched providers. Then you could magically match it. Too late. Hung up on me. Didn’t cancel autopay. Locked me out. Multiple calls for a refund. Why would anyone come back?

    @tdstelecom The problem is well known to TDS. I was told customer service is receiving threats over this (unacceptable) & the wait times online are excessive & recording says longer than unusual. It’s also unacceptable that no answers r provided as to what’s going on &reason it’s not fixed

    @ProdigalHoosier @Xfinity We have @tdstelecom fiber optic and I can’t tell you anything about their customer service because we’ve never had to call them in 8 years

    @tdstelecom After months of trying to cancel cable and keep internet (I don’t watch TV) TDS didn’t get the job done and says I owe hundreds for cable. Terrible customer service. Happy to announce AT&T now offering internet in Bend, OR and I can get a great deal with my wireless plan! Yay!

    @tdstelecom Already did that. The problem is an animal destroyed some equipment but it has taken over 12 hours and still no internet, TV or phone. GET IT FIXED!!!!

    Yo @tdstelecom just curious how you stay in business when your internet service is comparable to McDonalds ice cream machines. I’m so tired of all the planned and unplanned outages. I might as well just buy another cell phone line and just perma-hotspot

    .@tdstelecom really poor service today!! No internet, TV OR TELEPHONE ALL DAY! We need to look at a different provider. Will pay more but at least we will have service! 😖😖😖😖

    @tdstelecom I am on hold waiting for a supervisor because TDS refuses to prorate my final bill. They expect me to pay for a full month of service I am not receiving. Canceled today. Was told I could just not pay it and have it go on my credit report. Terrible customer service.

    @tdstelecom when will fiber be available on my street? I've called you twice, waited, and them am mysteriously hung up on once I ask your agent. "chat on our website is faster" yet it never actually connects me to anyone. I'd like to know before just jumping to StarLink!

    @tdstelecom Why offer new customers 1 Gig internet for $69.99/mo for life, but deny it to loyal existing ones like me? I'm paying $130/mo for just 600 Mbps in Mooresville, NC, and was told 'new customers only.' Loyalty should be rewarded, not punished—industry stats show retention is 5x cheaper than acquisition! Can we fix this? #TDS #InternetFairness #CustomerLoyalty

    @tdstelecom My internet has been down for most of the day now. I called support and they said since an outage hasn't been reported in my area, a tech can't come out until Friday. But I just reported an outage. Any other reports of issues in Verona, WI today?

    @tdstelecom when is rural Dane County predicted go be restored?it's been 12 hours. no information has been provided. your customer support number goes to an overseas script facility that literally admits they have no idea what's going on. the zero communication is annoying.

    @tdstelecom 720.690.5226 We stream our TV, and we just turned it on and nothing was working. We had a “Network Error” message across the screen. I unplugged our modem for a few minutes and plugged it back in.

    @tdstelecom I hate you so much right now. Not only are you misleading on a “no data cap” for residential accounts, your business support is completely incompetent with getting me over to a business account and not being able to verify everything works before EOD.
