Keith McHugh (@KeithN140orLess) reportedIt's one thing when your ISP won't let you add an email. The problem is at a whole different level when they are also your phone service provider can't seem to answer their customer service phone line. @tdstelecom you have to do better.

TRUMPAMANIAC Hestia (Native/Texan) (@MagaTeach3r) reported@tdstelecom i have been a customer for years, never had a problem, then today i spent an hour just trying to pay my July bill, and its still not done. i have had autopay since i opened my acct, got an email 2 weeks ago saying it would be taken out on July 8th, then got an email today saying the TDS system had changed & i had to pay the late bill & pay without autopay. there is no online way available si ce i have no ePay bills available. the links to pay bills give no options without a bill. i have called multiple numbers, chosen multiple menu options, thry all go to "sales" and no one can do tge payment without me paying a $4.95 convenience fee. yah. convenient. i will be going to a new service if this is how TDS operates moving forward.
