    @tdstelecom honestly has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They are a week overdue to dig my lines and have lied numerous times regarding this matter.

    @tdstelecom charges me more for the lowest possible package on the provider I had before than they charge for their most expensive package. They will not sell me the other packages unless I pay some **** to come into my house and screw on a coax cable...... What a **** company

    @Teetfernandz @tdstelecom Yes I am getting so frustrated with TDS right now!!! They have been great in the past but the last week service is HORRIBLE!!! its down again now no damn internet again!!!! No warning just bam all the sudden disconnected. GGGGRRRR!!!!

    @tdstelecom There is zero audio on your broadcast of CNBC at the moment. This was happening weekly on EVERY motorsport broadcast last year, and the trend continues. WTF is going on? Fire your master controller because they’re asleep at the wheel…

    Pretty disappointing @tdstelecom Internet been out since Friday afternoon and the best they're willing to do is have a guy come out Tuesday late afternoon. They know there's an issue, but are either unwilling or unable to call it an outage and fix it.

    @tdstelecom outage in Mt Juliet TN for over 12 hours. No explanation or updates. Horrible communication! I understand outages happen, but no follow up, explanation or ETA is not best practice for customer service.

    @jaydeedublew @tdstelecom I also had a issue where I didn’t get the advertised speeds and they change the router that supports 5G and it solved it.
