    @tdstelecom What?? I am paying $74.60 for “express” internet that is STILL very slow DSL and the market doesn’t even sell modems for DSL anymore. What the heck! When is fiber coming rural SW Wisconsin? Checking in Starlink.

    @mdaebert @tdstelecom Dont know, days before technician visit everything was back to normal - provider says someone down the road may have reported and got it solved which solved for me too - and also spring thaw related possibilities too

    @tdstelecom i have been a customer for years, never had a problem, then today i spent an hour just trying to pay my July bill, and its still not done. i have had autopay since i opened my acct, got an email 2 weeks ago saying it would be taken out on July 8th, then got an email today saying the TDS system had changed & i had to pay the late bill & pay without autopay. there is no online way available si ce i have no ePay bills available. the links to pay bills give no options without a bill. i have called multiple numbers, chosen multiple menu options, thry all go to "sales" and no one can do tge payment without me paying a $4.95 convenience fee. yah. convenient. i will be going to a new service if this is how TDS operates moving forward.

    @tdstelecom Oh, I already have. I dealt with a rude rep who argued with me and then a support staff member who helped. I've paid the same day (literally the day the bill is emailed to me) every month for 9 years and TDS tried hustling me for $10. Insulting.

    @tdstelecom charges me more for the lowest possible package on the provider I had before than they charge for their most expensive package. They will not sell me the other packages unless I pay some **** to come into my house and screw on a coax cable...... What a **** company
