Pretty disappointing @tdstelecom Internet been out since Friday afternoon and the best they're willing to do is have a guy come out Tuesday late afternoon. They know there's an issue, but are either unwilling or unable to call it an outage and fix it.

@tdstelecom 720.690.5226 We stream our TV, and we just turned it on and nothing was working. We had a “Network Error” message across the screen. I unplugged our modem for a few minutes and plugged it back in.

@tdstelecom Oh, I already have. I dealt with a rude rep who argued with me and then a support staff member who helped. I've paid the same day (literally the day the bill is emailed to me) every month for 9 years and TDS tried hustling me for $10. Insulting.

@tdstelecom Signed up for your service 3 years ago, with a scheduled implementation within 6 months. For the next 3 years, you delay and postpone. Now you message me to schedule my install, then auto schedule the install for CHRISTMAS EVE and say I'll lose my promo if I cancel.

@tdstelecom Please provide an update on the 24 hr+ outage in New Berlin. This is very disruptive for our family and there has been no communication from TDS.
