    @tdstelecom 720.690.5226 We stream our TV, and we just turned it on and nothing was working. We had a “Network Error” message across the screen. I unplugged our modem for a few minutes and plugged it back in.

    @tdstelecom Service was down for the entire area (up for 3 min. Down for 1 min. Back up for 4 min. etc.) for 5 days. Everybody that called was told it was just their Router. Weird that everybodys router went out on the same day and was fine again 5 days later...

    @tdstelecom Why offer new customers 1 Gig internet for $69.99/mo for life, but deny it to loyal existing ones like me? I'm paying $130/mo for just 600 Mbps in Mooresville, NC, and was told 'new customers only.' Loyalty should be rewarded, not punished—industry stats show retention is 5x cheaper than acquisition! Can we fix this? #TDS #InternetFairness #CustomerLoyalty

    @tdstelecom I am in need of technical assistance. I have called the service line 3 times and have been disconnected 3 times before I was able to speak to anyone. How in the hell am I supposed to talk to someone? I have also messaged you with no response.

    @tdstelecom you want to fix the fiber optic cable outage in SE Georgia (that happened after lightning struck something in Camden County) or do you want to continue to blame a "data breech" (???) and claim there is not outage?!? Some people have work to do *right now*.
