Wadsworth. (@sixninezero_) reported@tdstelecom 720.690.5226 We stream our TV, and we just turned it on and nothing was working. We had a “Network Error” message across the screen. I unplugged our modem for a few minutes and plugged it back in.

Everybody that called was told it was just their Router. Weird that everybodys router went out on the same day and was fine again 5 days later...

I'm paying $130/mo for just 600 Mbps in Mooresville, NC, and was told 'new customers only.' Loyalty should be rewarded, not punished—industry stats show retention is 5x cheaper than acquisition!
