Scott Smith (@kenssmith) reported@tdstelecom Oh, I already have. I dealt with a rude rep who argued with me and then a support staff member who helped. I've paid the same day (literally the day the bill is emailed to me) every month for 9 years and TDS tried hustling me for $10. Insulting.

Now you message me to schedule my install, then auto schedule the install for CHRISTMAS EVE and say I'll lose my promo if I cancel.
