    @JohnLegere @TMobile hey John since when did the uncarrier start charging an $8 fee to make a payment and set up autopay. If a customer has a lost and stolen credit card and wants to make sure autopay is set up right... you shouldn’t charge them, that’s Verizon like fee behavior

    @TMobile why does my cell signal suck? A little tiny bit of snow in Texas and all of a sudden no signal? Rolling blackouts so no normal internet and y’all can’t keep the towers running?

    @jasonkeath @TMobile Excellent experience with T-Mobile... I've been with Sprint and AT&T in the past and deeply regretted both decisions and loathed their servicing, customer support and pricing! Just hit my 11 year mark with T-Mobile as of 01Jan19 and it just keeps getting better. No regrets!

    My screen is broken and my @TMobile wouldn't help me, wanted me to go somewhere and find a place that would take the phone insurance. It's several days later and I still can't use the center of my screen so I can't log into anything that doesn't stay logged in.

    @MarineLayerPod Their batspeed was higher on the road in the warmer climates and I think higher than their 2025 average. Feels like a big nothing burger. Maybe they should spend week scrimmaging at T-Mobile Park before the season starts to help get acclimated to the colder weather.

    @TMobileHelp Last month I went to pay my bill and saw the amount was more than what I told my bill will be asked to speak to a manager. They were supposed to call me back they never did woke up this morning. Phone disconnected requested to speak to a manager. About terminating my service.

    @TMobile I’ve been a customer for 26 years and have spent 3+ months, 10+ calls, and 20+ hours trying to resolve an invalid charge to my account! I was just informed that we will be charged $1200ish for an unused device that was successfully returned because "customer care" claim it was "late". I've never had a worse customer service experience in my life... Is there anyone over there that can help fix this?
