    @TMobile your commercial says you don't lose connection. Every GD night I lose connection at least 3xs and texts take at least 5mins. I didn't ask for this ****. I had Sprint. I already had 5G. When you took over you took me down to 3G. Fix this **** Rich!

    @TMobileHelp Here's my problem. You say that. We've done that. @TMobile acknowledges the problem. But nothing changes. So spend our time doing the same thing over and over. But the results don't change. How about this. How about somebody in upper managerment spends their time calling me?

    Just went over an hour without ANY cellular data while I was driving to a destination I’ve never been. Needless to say I was 1.5 hrs late to work. @tmobile bout to lose a customer.

    I love not having to call customer service to address issues thanks to the chat option on the T-mobile app. 1 less call to have to make...thanks @TMobile @JohnLegere my last interaction was already getting my upgrade process started...had to stop him...almost time to jump though

    @tatsncatss I had this happen with T-Mobile. Tried for a new phone promotion, they wanted 300 down. Went to verizon and got the same deal with no down payment
