    @TMobile is running a scam! I traded in my phone and multiple times they confirmed they received it. Now they are saying it's broken ( I sent a brand new phone to them). This is ridiculous treatment for someone that has been loyal to you for so many years. Maybe I should change

    @TMobileHelp @SriniGopalan I spoke with TMobile help yesterday on here...ill save the steps, i will have to call the 833 number provided to NORT but they arent open and it route back to customer service anyway...no one can "help" just feel bad for me

    @TMobile do not trust them with rebates. I was supposed to receive a sams club gift card in Feb never got it called & said it will be 10-15 days. Still waiting 2 months later. Just talked to a rep & was told it will be 10-15 days to receive it. time to leave mobile Ridiculous

    I never owned or used apple device. I only use cricket and Verizon is cell service. I never used work ISP except at HCA I did no wrong on it when I did. Currently April 12th 317am 2026. I don't uses others cells or services. I never used sprint, T-Mobile, Nextel, Sling, Hotspots, Roku, Firestick, or comcast I never go to instagram away from home. I never had tick tock account

    @TomasaC93 Yes I agree, I had a personal line for Verizon and switched to a business plan But international calls raised my bill +120% So I switched to t-mobile and never looked back since

    @gtoshaman @jimmyfallins @Starlink I have T-Mobile. Download is great. Upload is fine and better than this. But starlink latency is far better. T-Mobile latency sucks

    @TMobileHelp I checked. No settings issue. If you just want to look at the previous DM I’m fine making said arrangement whenever it gets posted to rectify the account error.

    @WhisperingWllws @JustineBateman Netflix, Hulu and Paramount+ free through T-Mobile Cell and Internet plans. I did lose HBOMax when I switched internet - but saved a boat ton of money. Prime Video - because I do pay for Amazon Prime for the free shipping Peacock - Walmart+ Sub As long as my internet and/or cell phone are working - I'm doing ok on streaming services. But if T-Mobile goes down....I'm screwed. LOL

    @TMobile has taken $200 from me and they think it's a joke. I will be forced to take out my frustrations on innocent employees from the local T-Mobile store because customer service representatives prefer to lie to customers than be honest.

    @TMobileHelp I already waited 90 days and only got 225 out of the 400 promised. Now the Customer care including the escalated Manager (Travis) is indirectly accepting, T-Mobile misled to close the sale.

    @TMobileHelp @TMobile Another $30 charge! Now we are up to $92, and the charges won't stop. WTF is going on here? I keep getting the same cookie-cutter message as others that an account cannot be found, yet charges keep happening for a cancelled trial that I now wish I had never joined in the first place. I want my money back asap and for these fraudulent charges to stop!

    @mom_of_littles @Verizon I'm very seriously considered changing from Verizon to T-Mobile. Verizon signal in the Florida panhandle is just gone downhill so far that it's ridiculous and I've been with them since 2010. If I need something I only go to a Verizon corporate store there's two of them in Pensacola.

    @rjnl1987 @RadicalFalk Chances are you're in the O2 network, which is abysmal. Check in the settings if you can change the carrier network and switch to T-Mobile/Telekom.

    @TMobileHelp So on the 24th, my bill was 341 today is April 13. My bill is 490 now tonight I called to speak to someone again I’m told my bill is $837 and I needed to make a payment arrangement in order to get my service restored this is highway robbery

    T-Mobile, I have had the worst experience as a business customer and it hasn’t even been a month. I can’t log into my account and you don’t have 24 hour phone support. This is ridiculous. You’re a major carrier and don’t have phone support for your business customers @TMobile

    @tatsncatss I had this happen with T-Mobile. Tried for a new phone promotion, they wanted 300 down. Went to verizon and got the same deal with no down payment
