    @gretakaul @TMobile *full disclosure, I do pay for their most expensive post-pay plan, so that might impact how my service calls are routed and fact that data in Minneapolis is like 160mbps both up and down. Service was noticeably worse when I was on “pre-pay” while working on fixing my credit.

    @TMobileHelp I click on the chat icon it askes for a passcode I tried several times and it keeps saying server issues. I just need to talk to someone about my account and about getting credit for a line I didn't have and was kept being charged after I closed my account out

    @cardscott5 Coincidentally I got an ad from T-Mobile yesterday about their service. I already use them for my phone and their prices look better than my current’s, but it’s hard to say how it would perform as my main internet. I changed internet once in 2020 and it was abysmally terrible which has given me caution on switching again. Thinking about it though. I just tested my stream again and it’s working without any issues now of course. I think that’s my main frustration right now, nobody can tell me anything definitively or explain why it goes in & out of working (Goddang son I thought we were shooting). Each person I talk to on the phone is more condescending than the last about it. I’ve got a good story about today’s guy once we’re back on. Might just end up biting the bullet of upgrading the service since I know it’s at least capable of working and trying to negotiate a lower rate/get a promo discount like the technician suggested.

    @mom_of_littles @Verizon After 29 years we cut the Verizon cord. They suck. They all suck. But T-Mobile sucks the least. Cheaper, better for the same thing. Excellent customer service. Like Verizon used to be 29 years ago.

    @TMobile 20 years as a loyal T-Mobile customer, Customer service has turned into a nightmare: endless wait times on 611, offshore reps who can’t help. Fix this or I’m taking all my lines (and my 20-year loyalty) somewhere else. @TMobileHelp @TMobile #Tmobile #CustomerServiceFail
