    I love not having to call customer service to address issues thanks to the chat option on the T-mobile app. 1 less call to have to make...thanks @TMobile @JohnLegere my last interaction was already getting my upgrade process started...had to stop him...almost time to jump though

    Smh @TMobile @sprint 😀 This last update erased all of my saved/frequented words and added Duo (and cannot be deleted). FIX THIS!!! I didn't ask for any of this and sending texts and replying to emails is time consuming since it erased my frequented words. #UnhappyCustomer

Mint mobile is a prepaid cell phone service I use for my iPhone 17 Pro Max. I recently upgraded because the battery on my iPhone SE was shot from leaving it plugged in too long. So I took my whole check and bought this. I was retired at 30. I am a quadriplegic and I use voice control to operate my phone and Dragon NaturallySpeaking to operate my laptop. Anyway, any help would be appreciated I know mint mobile runs on the T-Mobile network. So I donβ€˜t know it will work for my phone with Starlink. But any help would be appreciated. Like your experience, knowledge etc.. Thank you very much!

    I never owned or used apple device. I only use cricket and Verizon is cell service. I never used work ISP except at HCA I did no wrong on it when I did. Currently April 13th 317am 2026. I don't uses others cells or services. I never used sprint, T-Mobile, Nextel, Sling, Hotspots, Roku, Firestick, or comcast I never go to instagram away from home. I never had tick tock account

    @TMobile I've been a customer since Voice Stream days, 1998. TMO USED to be customer service focused. That is NO longer the case, turned into a terrible company, with horrendous customer service, high prices ... U figure out ways to take advantage of customers. 😑

    @ATT @Verizon @TMobile Carriers call them "loyalty plans." They're actually acquisition tools. When a 5-year price lock is your loyalty "solution," you know the model is broken. 700K lost customers/year = $4B+ in destroyed LTV. πŸ“‰ #ARPU
