Every GD night I lose connection at least 3xs and texts take at least 5mins. I didn't ask for this ****. I had Sprint. I already had 5G. When you took over you took me down to 3G. Fix this **** Rich!

I had a silent stroke, have memory issues, and cannot remember a pin set over a year ago. I have given the last 4 of my SS#, birthdate, last 4 of the card used, email address, and phone number used to set it up, and continuously there is no forward movement toward a resolution. Is this the poor treatment disabled persons get by this company?
