    I switched to @TMobile from @sprint last month. @TMobile says I’ll be reimbursed for $1000+ fees to switch. So far they lowered my bill by $32 after I asked when I would be reimbursed, then was told the store was wrong in their “interpretation” of the plan. @TMobile #sucks

    @TMobile why does my cell signal suck? A little tiny bit of snow in Texas and all of a sudden no signal? Rolling blackouts so no normal internet and y’all can’t keep the towers running?

    Just went over an hour without ANY cellular data while I was driving to a destination I’ve never been. Needless to say I was 1.5 hrs late to work. @tmobile bout to lose a customer.

    Was disapppointed that in a vacation in central Arkansas @TMobile had no service. Thank goodness my friends with @ATT and @sprint did have service so we were able to access our trail information and not get lost.

    My screen is broken and my @TMobile wouldn't help me, wanted me to go somewhere and find a place that would take the phone insurance. It's several days later and I still can't use the center of my screen so I can't log into anything that doesn't stay logged in.

    Issue with employee discount. In store told me to go online, but okay to buy phones. Call center said I must change planes; same price but different name. Said I had to wait until the 23rd. Help. I feel like both your workers are incorrect. @TMobileHelp @JohnLegere

    @TMobile Customer Service SUCKS. An issue that most of my neighborhood is dealing with has me on my 4th cal. The first was an hour. The second 30 min. Third I held for 42 min and was hung up on.

    @MarineLayerPod Their batspeed was higher on the road in the warmer climates and I think higher than their 2025 average. Feels like a big nothing burger. Maybe they should spend week scrimmaging at T-Mobile Park before the season starts to help get acclimated to the colder weather.

    @TMobileHelp Last month I went to pay my bill and saw the amount was more than what I told my bill will be asked to speak to a manager. They were supposed to call me back they never did woke up this morning. Phone disconnected requested to speak to a manager. About terminating my service.

    @TMobile I’ve been a customer for 26 years and have spent 3+ months, 10+ calls, and 20+ hours trying to resolve an invalid charge to my account! I was just informed that we will be charged $1200ish for an unused device that was successfully returned because "customer care" claim it was "late". I've never had a worse customer service experience in my life... Is there anyone over there that can help fix this?
