    Anyone living in Litchfield County CT and need new cable service....think twice if picking @optimum !! I know the system is stressed but I’ve worked in the service industry for 27 years and they left me holding the short end of the stick today and spent HOURS waiting for nothing!

    @OptimumHelp Just was on a Chat w/ a rep Cesar. Such an impatient agent. Had to wait for his reponses but he couldn’t wait on mine. So he ended the chat. Not even 1 minute wait. Very rude of him. Worst, the WiFi briefly went down and guess who provides that service - Optimum.

    @OptimumHelp This has been completely unacceptable. I do not understand 7 days with no service or response. No callbacks done. People depend on this for jobs, etc. Told by your people no credit due to natural disaster. Terrible way to treat long term customers.

    @Verizon @VerizonSupport you Jedi mind tricked me into going into the DM and then put me through text support hell somebody from @optimum hit me up for cable service Verizon is a dinosaur in this industry first bot, then hold, then gone! Still paying tho canceling the check!

    @NicolleDWallace Yes I’ve been reporting it to optimum help by direct messaging since early September. At first it was Msnbc & nbc, so each time feed goes out I go to Optimum help & I direct message them. They do respond, but today I missed great reporting by Ms. Prybitela( sorry cannot spell

    @OptimumHelp Why does it take more than a week to fix an incorrect email on a McAfee account. More than 10 calls, chats & tweets, plus escalations to the 10th power. Case # 2598010387

    The are no bigger thieves than @OptimumHelp. They canceled my service because of an internal error… 5 days and 6 hours on the phone later I only have part of my service restored and they are still charging me…

    @OptimumHelp We fixed it by rebooting the box, tv and remote. Altice boxes have issues. Also having WEAK WiFi signal inside small house. ;( Please advise how to speak to a real person. Your phone system wouldn’t put us through to customer service .

    @optimum do not use optimum. I canceled on 3/11/26. I had 4 days of outage, they reimbursed me $3.04. I do not pay $.76/day for Internet. also were giving me a credit for HBO Max, ended w/o notice-I didn’t need as I was getting thru Verizon,charged me a whole month when cancelled

    @OptimumHelp @optimum Today, I was told there would be a 2-4 hour wait to talk to a supervisor to resolve this issue. When I had previously cancelled, I was told by a customer service rep that I would be receiving a refund. Yet, Optimum Mobile is still billing me. What gives?
