Had to wait for his reponses but he couldn’t wait on mine. So he ended the chat. Not even 1 minute wait. Very rude of him. Worst, the WiFi briefly went down and guess who provides that service - Optimum.

People depend on this for jobs, etc. Told by your people no credit due to natural disaster. Terrible way to treat long term customers.

Also having WEAK WiFi signal inside small house. ;( Please advise how to speak to a real person. Your phone system wouldn’t put us through to customer service .

I do not pay $.76/day for Internet. also were giving me a credit for HBO Max, ended w/o notice-I didn’t need as I was getting thru Verizon,charged me a whole month when cancelled
