    .@optimum sold me an upgraded fiber package. Tech came, broke down my perfectly good internet, put in the new system, and left. I now have no internet and no service tech is available to fix this? So now @verizonfios is looking good.

    Can someone Let me know How The Pandemic Impacts WiFi Service and How is it when I call #optimum They had me on hold 3x over 40min then just hung Up @optimum.net The service offered a Call back . And they Never Called ,Felt like I WasDumped waiting for a Call that never came .

    10/25 came and the install tech came during the window. Said there was no line work done. So he couldn’t install the service. He said I had to call @OptimumHelp. I called. 3/x

    @optimum you guys stink black outs today this entire week., them told us you would help when the hurricane came. U charged us we didn't have power for 8 days. Then there was issues in the neighborhood as well now back to black outs.

    @OptimumHelp worst customer service ever. On calls and chats for 2 days trying to get issue solved.All they could do was tell me they would send me a new remote in 4 days. I asked to speak to a supervisor after going round and round. I was superv would call be in 1 hr 4 hrs later

    @optimum why can’t I get a customer service rep on the phone..my network modem/router drops connection for no apparent reason I have been calling for about an hour now. I swear I will discontinue service if you don’t reach out to me. This is unacceptable.

    @OptimumHelp the worst customer service ever. 4 days of phone calls and chats and my services are still not working. Every time they fix one thing they knock another one out. Can’t even get a manager to call back. Pay way to much to be treated like this

    @optimum do not use optimum. I canceled on 3/11/26. I had 4 days of outage, they reimbursed me $3.04. I do not pay $.76/day for Internet. also were giving me a credit for HBO Max, ended w/o notice-I didn’t need as I was getting thru Verizon,charged me a whole month when cancelled

    @OptimumHelp @optimum Today, I was told there would be a 2-4 hour wait to talk to a supervisor to resolve this issue. When I had previously cancelled, I was told by a customer service rep that I would be receiving a refund. Yet, Optimum Mobile is still billing me. What gives?

    @optimum again u failed! Tv won’t connect to the internet and its baseballs opening night! Pay for this, pay for that, free upgrade to fiber optic, and still, everything sucks!!!
