    @OptimumHelp Internet has been down since Thursday. No time estimates for restoration and I work from home. I cannot afford the loss of business. If it’s not restored today I will need a different internet provider.

    So @optimum said we could get credit for THEIR outage on Friday. So I call and they tell me because we didn’t call during the outage (which we did but their lines said no one was there or they were disconnected) they don’t have a ticket for the problem so they refuse credit ...

    @OptimumHelp @optimum The Optimum TV portal on CBS doesn't allow me to log in using the same Optimum TV log in I use for TBS or TNT. This is computer programming issue, involving how Optimum TV is connected to CBS.

    @DustinFinn @optimum @OptimumHelp fiber is crap too. Only benefit I've found is they decreased my price (for now). Service is spotty, no noticeable speed increase, and for whatever reason all sports are on a 90 second delay. It's awful If Verizon would ever get FIOS up on my side of town I'd jump immediately
