    @OptimumHelp I checked with the account holder whose address and phone number I DM’d you yesterday and, not surprising, she did not hear from anyone at #Optimum. Stormy weather aside, the service in that area has been consistently inconsistent and the kids are having trouble in remote school

    @OptimumHelp Service issues every morning. Modem and router need to be hard reset at least twice a day. Phone and Chat customer support take forever to get in contact with.

    I did not forget the 10 hours on the phone and the hundreds of $ I had to spend on mobile hotspot and no I don't want your @optimum mobile when you can't get wired right. @Verizon never let me down once in a decade plus of service.

    @TMobile horrible 5G internet. Since I switched my PETKIT devices, feeder, litter box and water fountains constantly disconnected. Im tired resetting everything every few days, this is ridiculous.I had @optimum and had zero issue with with my smart devices 😖

    @OptimumHelp @optimum Well online chat doesn’t work. Call the customer service line and I get hanged up on since I use speakerphone and they say that’s against company policy. Going to the store tomorrow to cancel.

    @optimum Absolute garage Internet service. I’ve had to take time off work repeatedly to be home to meet the techs in order to fix my Internet that’s always down. It went down 3 times in less than a week. Miss a half a day each time from work. Internet + lost wages=most expensive internet
