    Hey @OptimumHelp how do I bypass all of the tier 1 help desk people. I’m pretty tired of having someone ask me to reboot my modem in the middle of the work day when the problem is clearly your network.

    So @optimum said we could get credit for THEIR outage on Friday. So I call and they tell me because we didn’t call during the outage (which we did but their lines said no one was there or they were disconnected) they don’t have a ticket for the problem so they refuse credit ...

    @OptimumHelp @optimum Well online chat doesn’t work. Call the customer service line and I get hanged up on since I use speakerphone and they say that’s against company policy. Going to the store tomorrow to cancel.

    @optimum @OptimumHelp yall can’t fix nothing, do you know how many technicians been to my house how many times I had to switch routers in order for your representative to tell me that I need a gaming monitor in order to game when you have Verizon that can support gaming. You guys are a joke.

    @jaybronious @optimum @AlticeUSA The absolute WORST customer service, ever. It took me a 2 hours phone call to cancel cable. This was after two prior one hour calls which were mysteriously dropped midway. Let them know you’ll be contacting the AG to file a complaint

    @optimum Why should it take 50 minutes and two service people to get a change in your service. But they keep trying to sell you their mobile service. Time to make the switch people! Worst customer service ever!
