    Well this day has sucked. While taking care of something for Mom, Jen called to tell me we had no internet. @AskFrontier can't come out until tomorrow, so Jen had to cancel her classes & will drive to school tomorrow. Hopefully we can get Construction on site quickly tomorrow.

    @FrontierCorp @la_critza @FrontierCorp lies to customers, beware! We were told our bill would not change when we tried to quit service. 1 mo later it is $80 more! We were told they do not honor their own misquotes. Imagine how this feels when you are an unpaid government employee being lied to again!

    For all those that watch @hulu_support … this is the only time I watch adds. It’s a constant reminder just how stupid and mind numbing ads are today. @FrontierCorp produces the dumbest adds. I feel like I lose IQ every time I accidentally forget to mute the tv.

    @FrontierCorp your “upgrade” with a new modem just took a **** within 6 hours of being installed. No internet, no wifi to connect to the heater, any of the TVs, some lights. I’ll never recommend your dogshit service to anybody.

    @FrontierCorp literally soooo disgusted. Their workers are trash, everyone is CLEARLY hired in thru third party agencies, they will hang up on u, place u on hold, cold transfer u after saying they’ll work on it, nobody knows ANYTHING. Literally so horrible

    @FrontierCorp has the absolute WORST service I have ever had to deal with. I went to file a complaint on BBB and I’m embarrassed i ever even ordered them based off all of the other complaints wow. #WARNING LOL they’re trashhhh

    @FrontierCorp love when your reps absolutely lie to me saying I could get a technician to service me today and when I call to follow up on it I find out no request was ever made. Then when I try to cancel I found out that department is closed. What can I do today?

    @AskFrontier tried to get service installed, picked the date and no one showed up. Reached out to customer service and they said it was moved without notifying and i should have put a phone number. I filled out all of your forms so a number should have been there. No helpwasgiven

    Hey @FrontierCorp we are Now going into our 4th day of no Internet and almost no information. There was no notice of an upcoming outage. When we notified tech support we were told it would be three day outage with NO explanation. Now still no joy 17 hours after est recovery.
