We were told our bill would not change when we tried to quit service. 1 mo later it is $80 more! We were told they do not honor their own misquotes. Imagine how this feels when you are an unpaid government employee being lied to again!

I tried calling Frontier, but was put on hold for 25 minutes, then hung up on. My jacks have never been fixed either. I pay indoor insurance , this all gets me upset. Plz respond. TY😎

Also, I see that the ticket has now been pushed back to me (without any communication) and I’m expected to rescheduled another appointment?! AND, the next available isn’t until Wednesday?!
