Neither seemed to faze your pushy salespeople. I am disinterested in ever doing business with Frontier again.

I cancelled a couple years ago because Frontier wouldn’t update my billing that I had for the previous 4 years+. Your sales people in my area have continue to ask questions after I tell them it’s a bad time.

It caused great inconvenience for two people who work from home. There is no email or phone number to call. I think I’ll switch providers.
