    @FrontierCorp @la_critza @FrontierCorp lies to customers, beware! We were told our bill would not change when we tried to quit service. 1 mo later it is $80 more! We were told they do not honor their own misquotes. Imagine how this feels when you are an unpaid government employee being lied to again!

    Hi @FrontierCorp thank you for the email at 3am about internet outage. However, outage was in the middle of the day during working hours. It caused great inconvenience for two people who work from home. There is no email or phone number to call. I think I’ll switch providers.

    @AskFrontier Service came back at around 8pm Saturday. I never did get any update of any kind from frontier even though I gave my phone number and have notification turned on for my account.

    @AskFrontier @Verizon since they’re connected. Are both down now. 78640. Barely any service and should have full 5g uw. Barely lte working. And fiber is out.
