We were told they do not honor their own misquotes. Imagine how this feels when you are an unpaid government employee being lied to again!

Hi @FrontierCorp thank you for the email at 3am about internet outage. However, outage was in the middle of the day during working hours. It caused great inconvenience for two people who work from home. There is no email or phone number to call. I think I’ll switch providers.

@AskFrontier @Verizon since they’re connected. Are both down now. 78640. Barely any service and should have full 5g uw. Barely lte working. And fiber is out.
