We were told our bill would not change when we tried to quit service. 1 mo later it is $80 more! We were told they do not honor their own misquotes. Imagine how this feels when you are an unpaid government employee being lied to again!

But only “resolution” offered was DIY new Eero (3more days) and then wait more days for on-site tech??? How ‘bout tech comes ASAP w/Eero and cable and does the job right this time?

When we notified tech support we were told it would be three day outage with NO explanation. Now still no joy 17 hours after est recovery.

I had been a customer for 17 years before their monthly outage and support agents straight LYING to me about issues on their end. 10 days into the new cycle. You'll be lucky to get even the prorated services for this month.
