    Hey @FrontierCorp can you help me out my wifi hasbt been working since yesterday it says that it's connected and then when I use wifi on my phone nothing loads and it says I have no connection and also my TV won't load anything live only thingsive recorded

    @FrontierCorp 3 nights in a row now. Internet goes down late at night. I work second shift this is my time to relax. Verizon was the first straw but now I am thinking this might be the one that breaks my back.

    @AskFrontier I haven’t had internet for 6 days, customer service has been useless saying there’s no outage it’s my equipment got a new one that wont connect to the network or server cause of the outage now they want to say it’s the outage but want to send another box like why

    Hi @FrontierCorp thank you for the email at 3am about internet outage. However, outage was in the middle of the day during working hours. It caused great inconvenience for two people who work from home. There is no email or phone number to call. I think I’ll switch providers.

    @AskFrontier @askfrontier I am on the phone with support and the representative said that he can't fix this issue. You are going to lose a customer.

    @FrontierCorp Internet is down again in our subdivision in Greenville, SC. This is happening far too often—at least once a month. We need a reliable service and a quick resolution. Please address this ASAP.

    Hey @FrontierCorp Bad cable install = no Net for a week. Eero replacement won’t help the issue. But only “resolution” offered was DIY new Eero (3more days) and then wait more days for on-site tech??? How ‘bout tech comes ASAP w/Eero and cable and does the job right this time?
