We were told our bill would not change when we tried to quit service. 1 mo later it is $80 more! We were told they do not honor their own misquotes. Imagine how this feels when you are an unpaid government employee being lied to again!

It caused great inconvenience for two people who work from home. There is no email or phone number to call. I think I’ll switch providers.

But only “resolution” offered was DIY new Eero (3more days) and then wait more days for on-site tech??? How ‘bout tech comes ASAP w/Eero and cable and does the job right this time?
