    @AskFrontier we've had a problem with our internet and have no wifi since Friday. Theirs an outage that's what they keep telling us...this is unacceptable and trash!!!

    For all those that watch @hulu_support … this is the only time I watch adds. It’s a constant reminder just how stupid and mind numbing ads are today. @FrontierCorp produces the dumbest adds. I feel like I lose IQ every time I accidentally forget to mute the tv.

    .@FrontierCorp Less than 36 hours ago I was told I would be issued a billing credit for over 24 hours without internet due to unplanned maintenance. Today I'm told by the customer service supervisor she will be fired for giving me a statement credit.

    BTW, @FrontierCorp called ME to OFFER a credit for the outage, only to be put on hold and given the run around. I was told the CEO would not even be able to credit me for the outage.

    Dear @AskFrontier: every day at 2 pm I lose my signal. For at least an hour. EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. I need a refund and a credit and an explanation why your service is so bad.

    Dear @AskFrontier: in the three weeks I’ve been a customer, I’ve had working internet for five days. Now the ONT you installed has failed, and my kids who do online school can’t. I need someone to come fix this NOW.

    @AskFrontier tried to get service installed, picked the date and no one showed up. Reached out to customer service and they said it was moved without notifying and i should have put a phone number. I filled out all of your forms so a number should have been there. No helpwasgiven

    @FrontierCorp your “upgrade” with a new modem just took a **** within 6 hours of being installed. No internet, no wifi to connect to the heater, any of the TVs, some lights. I’ll never recommend your dogshit service to anybody.

    @FrontierCorp 3 nights in a row now. Internet goes down late at night. I work second shift this is my time to relax. Verizon was the first straw but now I am thinking this might be the one that breaks my back.

    Hey @FrontierCorp How can I get a human being to address a connectivity issue? Land O Lakes, FL. Connection drops sporadically. Power cycling the ONT resolves it, power cycling the router does not. Chat on Frontier website does not seem to be able to grasp it's the ONT.

    @AskFrontier I was supposed to hear from the local manager LAST Monday and that never happened! Also, I see that the ticket has now been pushed back to me (without any communication) and I’m expected to rescheduled another appointment?! AND, the next available isn’t until Wednesday?!

    @FrontierCorp A repairman from Frontier just called me saying he was coming to my house to install internet. The thing is: I AM NOT A FRONTIER CUSTOMER AND NEVER CALLED. Someone had my name addy & phone. What kind of scam/fraud is this?
