While taking care of something for Mom, Jen called to tell me we had no internet. @AskFrontier can't come out until tomorrow, so Jen had to cancel her classes & will drive to school tomorrow. Hopefully we can get Construction on site quickly tomorrow.

Today I'm told by the customer service supervisor she will be fired for giving me a statement credit.

Also, I see that the ticket has now been pushed back to me (without any communication) and I’m expected to rescheduled another appointment?! AND, the next available isn’t until Wednesday?!
