    Worst experience with @FrontierCorp EVER. Worst schedulers, customer service, n follow through. 2 no call/show, 3 reschedules all on them!!! I canceled my work 3 TIMES I DONT EVEN HAVE SERVICE YET, not a good sign! @AskFrontier #GradeDService @GetSpectrum might be calling soon.

    @FrontierCorp Let me name some movies.that have been on for over a year..Enough, Anaconda, Pretty Woman, The Notebook, Hangover, Bridesmaids, The Breakup, Wedding Crashers,to name a few.Great Movies but come on over a year..below channel 185...Never anything new...we've been home 5 weeks

    @FrontierCorp Oh I understand why, but it's doesn't quite help the problem that my area's broadband is slower for more money when you can walk down 5 blocks to the next town where they're getting double speeds for the same price without promotion

    It's bad enough @FrontierCorp Internet is down. But even their site isn't loading for updates They probably also gonna say sorry our services weren't working here's a $2 off coupon for some fast food place gee thanks

    @AskFrontier I am in leola, pa. I ternet has been down since around 12:08 (noon)..a little over 8 hours. I haven't gotten any updates even though I gave my number to get updates.

    @AskFrontier Service came back at around 8pm Saturday. I never did get any update of any kind from frontier even though I gave my phone number and have notification turned on for my account.

    @FrontierCorp been without Internet all morning. App says no outages in area, but tons of reports of such on Ring and elsewhere. Chat support option is useless. And been on hold for an hour and a half waiting to speak to an actual person. Quite ridiculous. How can I work?!?!

    Here's one of the scams from @FrontierCorp - Restocking fees for returning their router after disconnecting service. I had been a customer for 17 years before their monthly outage and support agents straight LYING to me about issues on their end. 10 days into the new cycle. You'll be lucky to get even the prorated services for this month.
